Valentine’s Day arrives soon, so I thought I might give a glimpse into what a Date Night is like for the Knights. You might call it a Date Knight if you enjoy bad puns like I do. Angie and I both enjoy a romantic date night at home more than crowded restaurants or theaters during holidays. Here are some of our favorites that might inspire your date nights at home.
Special meal for two at home:
We have some some meals that Angie really enjoys that I love to cook for her.
- Angie friendly gumbo
- Grilled portabella burgers
- Grilled salmon and veggies
- Jaeger schnitzel and spaetzle
- Spaghetti squash and shrimp
Sweets for my Sweet:
Angie and I both have a sweet tooth and have some special desserts we really enjoy.

- Dark Chocolate Double Layer Cake
- Fudge Brownies
- Molasses Cookies
- Rice Krispie Treats with Sprinkles
Movies:
Though we have different tastes in movies at times, there are romantic movies we both really enjoy.
Games:
There are some incredible two player games available that make for a fun evening.
